This month we are thrilled to have Joni Wolfswinkel. Joni is a licensed real estate broker and owner of two Real Property management Franchises, a turnkey construction company, and a Virtual assistant supplier firm. She has bought and sold over 1,800 properties and currently manages 2,300 units in the Houston, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico markets. In addition, Joni and Her husband Shawn personally own 70 rental homes, a commercial office building, and a self-storage building.
